Program Highlights:

  • Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) Training Partnerships
    In collaboration with local trade schools and training providers, we help aspiring drivers access affordable, accredited CDL programs—with support for job placement after certification.

  • Fueling Second Chances
    We are exploring reentry-friendly employment pipelines to help returning citizens transition into long-term careers in trucking and logistics.

  • Internships & Apprenticeships
    A hands-on apprenticeship model is under development to allow new drivers and dispatchers to shadow seasoned professionals and learn through real-world experience.

    Hosting Detroit-area high school students for immersive site visits, where they can see our fleet in action and meet logistics professionals.

  • STEM x Transportation Workshops
    Partnering with local schools and nonprofits to offer hands-on learning in math, science, and technology as they relate to fuel systems and transportation infrastructure.

  • Scholarships Contributions for Transportation & Trades
    Launching in 2026: A scholarship fund to support students pursuing degrees or certifications in supply chain management, mechanical engineering, and commercial driving.
