In collaboration with local trade schools and training providers, we help aspiring drivers access affordable, accredited CDL programs—with support for job placement after certification.Fueling Second Chances
We are exploring reentry-friendly employment pipelines to help returning citizens transition into long-term careers in trucking and logistics.Internships & Apprenticeships
A hands-on apprenticeship model is under development to allow new drivers and dispatchers to shadow seasoned professionals and learn through real-world experience.
